▸ [ I ] Where should I message you for the fastest response?
I have my phone with me most of the day, so it doesn't matter where you message me.
If I'm online I will see it.▸ [ II ] When will my commission be done?
That depends on how many commissions I am working on when you commission me,
how extensive your request is, HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR YOU TO PAY ME...
I will give you an estimated time period and update you on my progress every few days.
It generally shouldn't take more than 2 weeks to complete your commission.▸ [ III ] I'm in a hurry, can I skip ahead in completion priority?
Yes. If you really want something finished you can let me know and I will push you ahead.
If I am working on a lot of commissions at the time, I will require a good reason to prioritize.
NOTE: Priority commissions are charged extra.▸ [ IV ] Where can I see my commissions progress?
I update my commission daily on my Trello Board. Alternatively you can also message me.▸ [ V ] I don't have specific ideas but still want to commission.
I don't mind brain-storming with clients.
FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE ME AND WE CAN FIGURE SOMETHINGOUT TOGETHER.▸ [ VI ] I'm getting a big commission and don't feel comfortable with paying in 1 payment...
I understand paying a big amount to someone online can be scary.
If this is the case I split the payment in two parts.
First part is always payed prior to me starting a commission.
This generally applies only to commissions above 50€

By commissioning me you are agreeing to my Terms of Service.
Exceptions apply if discussed prior to commissioning.

▸ [ I ] GENERAL TERMS
If you're contacting me on Twitter or Discord please let me know at the start of your message
that you're interested in a commission so I know to respond to you.Remember you're talking to a human, not a bot.
I won't tolerate ill behavior and will automatically decline your request.
Be nice / polite and there won't be any issues.If ToS is broken at any point prior or during the commission process
I have the right to decline your commission.

▸ [ II ] PAYMENT
Complex designs or a strict time window may increase the price of your commission.
All commissions must be paid in full upfront unless we agree differently.
The currency I accept is EURO(€).
ALL payments are made through PAYPAL.Exposure is not €!

▸ [ III ] COMMISSION PROCESS
I start on the commission AFTER I get the payment.
I will give you an approximate wait time based on how many commissions I'm working on,
what your commission is and other factors including those out of my control.
The max time for your commission to be completed is 2 weeks from the given completion date.
You will always be informed of any delay that may occur.

▸ [ IV ] CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy;
however I won't allow any big changes to be requested after I've finished the commission.
Small corrections are acceptable, but please try and request changes during the #WIP process.
Any big or excessive changes will come with an extra charge.
Make sure to be clear in your commission so this can be avoided.

▸ [ V ] CANCELLING/REFUNDING POLICY
There are no refunds.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me after I receive your payment
and start working on the commission we've discussed.
If you file a charge-back against me after I finish your commission your right to everything
I have ever made for you will be taken from you and i can sell the graphics to new buyers.
Your name will also be publicly posted for other artists to watch out for.
I will file a complaint to PayPal because by commissioning me
you've agreed to these Terms of Service.
